Dear Laurel Bluff Residents,The pool will be opening on Friday, May 24th, at 9:00am. Each leaseholder will receive one (1) wristband as a pool pass, and it must be worn while enjoying the swimming pool. Also, there will be a gate code to access the pool this year. The code is 1963. Pool Passes are ready to be picked up today. The leaseholder must sign for the wristband. SWIMMING POOL RULES Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.Each apartment is permitted to have two (2) guests to ensure there is enough room for everyone to enjoy the pool.Food and drink are allowed by the pool, but please do not bring any glass items in the pool area.No pets are permitted in the pool area.Proper swimming attire is required. All infants must wear proper swim attire is required while in the pool.No running or diving is permitted.No pool flotation devices, rafts, beach balls or tubes are allowed. Floating seats for infants and water winds for toddlers will be permitted. If wearing sunscreen or lotion, please use a towel on the pool furniture. A bathroom is provided behind the clubhouse. Please refrain from coming into the clubhouse to use the restroom. Our community is SMOKE-FREE, this includes the swimming pool area. When requested, each leaseholder will receive one (1) pool wristband as a pool pass, and it must be worn while enjoying the swimming pool. If a pool pass is lost, there will be a $5.00 replacement charge.
